I went to Fashion Week! And by that I mean I went to one show. This time I got to sit, and I got a swag bag...which is the sole reason I enjoy these things. Sure I appreciate Miss Sui's collection tremendously but I'll always be a sucker for the rose petal scent in all her products. COMPARISONS

Growing up it's obvious that you go through different phases, awkward ones, ugly ones, fat ones, and then you blossom...and then you die (I'm just kidding, pipe the fuck down...but seriously, you do die)

The point I'm getting at is, we slowly or quickly age and our bodies change. When that happens we go though constantly getting compared to public figures to describe one another to a friend or possible date. My friend Justin gets compared to every heartthrob I've ever loved, you decide..

MUSIC MONDAY

I had the pleasure of meeting, and talking to Steven McMorran of the band Satellite thanks to my lovely internship a few months ago. He performed a few songs off their album that is set to be released in March. I feel so lucky and pretty friggin' badass that I got to hear Calling-Birds in it's entirety before it's release, and I'll let you know right now that it's nothing less than phenomenal. 

Now let's get a little corny for a second, because you know that's what I do best. When he performed his voice projected so wonderfully to what felt like an arena of people and yet I still felt like I was the only one in the room.
