LAZY SUNDAY

I was going to film a video but then got tired and came up with this instead. I filmed and edited this like 2 weeks ago, watching it now really makes me laugh. So that's that. 

Mickey Ramone, Joey Ramones brother was at my job last week. I forgot to share. Everyone in the office gt to listen to Joey's new album, everyone but me. Wasn't on my A-game. Still bummed.

MUSIC MONDAY!

I've always enjoyed the idea of have a record player in my kitchen. When I finally move out, cooking while listening to my soon to be extensive vinyl collection is spinning is just a good phenomenal feeling...even though we all know I can't cook. My boss also gave me the new Heartless Bastards album. Now I just need a record played, and batteries for my CD player...until then, I promise these won't collect dust because I always figure something out.

Happy Birthday Kurt

Today would have been Kurt's 45th birthday. I could go into a whole novel length story on why this man helped me in the strangest ways, and on how he made me feel like someone else out there has a similar thought process as I do, and how it's okay to not be who you're forced to be growing up but I'll save it for another time...

I know you would probably be annoyed by all the people "faking it" on a day like today. I wonder what you would think about how overrated Nirvana is now. All the chicks wearing your shit not even knowing what you stood for or those who don't even simply enjoy your music but screw it and fuck them haha.


I don't want to say "Happy Birthday" because obviously you're not alive, but Happy Birthday man! I don't know about everyone else but I never felt like you were just "clocking-in everyday", than again I was only 2 but I always feel "it" when I hear your voice, when I read your entries, when I see your pictures...and for whatever reason you did what you did or didn't do, or...thank you anyway. You changed everything.

You really were great.
